Raw Fit Training at 3137 Swetzer Road C, Loomis, California.

Before I signed up at Raw Fit, I was hesitant because I wondered if I would be able to do the workouts. Ive always worked out but more along the lines of going to the gym and jumping on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I felt like a mouse on a wheel... I was never seeing results and SO SO BORED!

Fast forward almost a year of being a member at Raw Fit Training and I honestly could not express how much I love this place. The trainers are AMAZING... they always find the way to give you the perfect mix of encouragement and push. The every changing workouts are challenging but allow you to go at your own pace and choose what weight works for you. It is impossible to become bored and stagnate when the classes are constantly changing.

I have tried almost every yoga place around here and the yoga classes at Raw Fit are hands down some of the best I have ever been to. Everything from muscle burning sculpt to more traditional vinyasa.
I look forward to going to workout whether it be a RFT class or yoga. I never have felt that way about working out before. It is amazing!

Last but not least..... COMMUNITY! I am almost speechless when it comes to describing the true level of community Raw Fit offers. I have made REAL friends here...friends that not only encourage you every single day in class but friends that I now hang out with outside of the gym.

I wish I could stand on a mountain top and yell to everyone they need to come to Raw Fit if they are looking for a place who will treat you like family all while getting your sweat on and having a good time.
