This company is a scam. They sell items online they do not have in stock, charge you for them, make a false claim they shipped, and then never send anything out to you. THEY ALSO DO NOT PROVIDE ANY TRACKING NUMBERS FOR ANYTHING THEY SHIP! That's how their scam works. If you place an order with them you WILL NOT receive anything and if you do it will be weeks and months and even still it will probably be the wrong item. These guys scammed me the very same way I described. Brought a grip and spring for my gun. Next day my order says shipped. Ok no e-mail confirmation or tracking number. Try to call them, Goes to some voice message about them not answering phones and then goes straight to a full message box. Try to e-mail them takes days for a response and when you get one it will be less than a full sentence. I was only fed lie after lie till I pointed out what they were doing and the guy tried to call me an "idiot" and misspelled it. That's the customer service you can expect when you asks them about you're order and I was being polite. I had to file a claim with my CC company to get my money back. Filed a complaint with the FTC and also a complaint with the FBI for internet crime. What these people do is criminal. I again warn anyone not to purchase anything from them because they are not a real online company it's a scam. From what I found out after browsing through many other complaints like mine with the same exact story is that this is a small gun shop that rips off local customers and now thanks to the internet they can rip online people off too. Whoopie for them! You've been warned buy at your own risks from these crooks. If you think they're worth the trouble try calling them,e-mailing them, and read their "shipping policies" (if you can find them). You will soon think twice.
