I’ve been a customer for 2 years. Generally speaking, the prices are much higher than other retailers. For example, a $16 lead rope is $26, a $102 set of 4 boots are $146, a $140 pair of Saxon boots are $175. Statelinetack has them beat by far. Some of the staff are friendly, but many of the staff are rude and self righteous. If you are not a self proclaimed horse expert who is of a certain type and look, you will not be treated like a customer. Their return policy is not inline with standard business practices, make sure you ask befor you buy. Save your money and time, stick with online, tractor supply or drive to diamond springs.
